RERP - Medical Careers Training

The Regional Equity and Recovery Partnerships (RERP) Grant is a collaboration with Employers’ Training Resource, Kern Community College District, Cerro Coso Community College, Bakersfield College, and Taft College to provide healthcare industry training for the following: Licensed Vocational Nurses, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Nurse Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Emergency Medical Technicians.

Funding and assistance are available to those who qualify. This includes chromebooks, textbooks, supplies, case management (during training), job placement, and on-the-job training opportunities.
