What are the requirements and steps to enroll into ETR programs and services?

• Must be 18 Years or Older
• Must be a resident of Kern, Inyo or Mono County
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to provide right-to-work documentation
• Must meet Selective Services requirements for males born after January 1, 1960
• Must watch the Online Orientation
• Must register on www.caljobs.ca.gov
• Review Plan A, B & C for further options
