We provide services to young adults ages 18 to 24 who have barriers to finding a job or launching a career. At our EPIC Center in downtown Bakersfield, young adults looking for a career or employment can receive help through intensive case management, training services, educational programs, and supportive services. Through paid and non-paid work experience, mentoring, academic support, and career development assistance we can help those entering the workforce.

Services strategies prepare youth for employment and / or post-secondary education through strong linkages between academic and occupational learning.
