How and where do you post/share new job openings for employers?

Employers’ Training Resource Business Services Specialists will post your job openings onto www.CalJOBs.ca.gov - the state jobs system that will get it into one place for people to access through the internet and apply online or contact staff or the employer directly.

In addition, the posted job opening will be shared in various other avenues and platforms to help you get the word out that you are hiring.

To promote your open position(s), your Business Services Specialist will request that a flyer be created specifically for your business. That flyer, once approved by you will be posted onto our website and will be shared on all of our social media platforms which include: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.

In addition, we can announce your opening(s) on television and radio through our on-air segments during the news hour. Please inquire about that option when you speak to our Business Services Specialists.
